New Product Line - The PLUS Systems
For offices using large amounts of prophy the PLUS system is designed to manage this added volume of solids discharged to the vacuum system without premature filling. Other systems may require more frequent collecting container replacement and thus added maintenance costs when subjected to large solids loads to the vacuum system.
Amalgam separators capture not just amalgam but will contain prophy paste solids as well. If the amalgam collecting container fills with prophy it can't do the job it was designed for, removing dental amalgam solids.
Rebec now offers a Model 400 and a Model 1000 PLUS system capable of handling an additional 5 Liters of solids. With the PLUS system an additional collecting container is installed as a pre-buffer to the ISO certified collecting container.
If your office uses air-abrasion, prophy-jet with pumice, or performs more than eight prophies per day the Rebec PLUS system should provide the capacity to operate for a year between collector replacement. The added capacity should prevent the headaches of continual maintenance problems and expensive collection cartridge replacement.
